Custom work

Record-to-Report (R2R) is the finance cycle that records service activity, reconciles it to the source system, closes the period, consolidates results, and produces the statements and management reports controllers and leaders rely on. actVite specializes in Record-to-Report for regulated environments and equips organizations with reliable Workplace harnesses powered by their end-user service data.

The harness and the private model are built in your environment and trained on your proprietary weights—via SaaS platforms including Cloudflare, NVIDIA, Hugging Face, and Microsoft, or on-premise. A named person approves the result before it is issued. Your technology arm retains ownership of the models, the decisions, and data sovereignty. After handoff, your team operates the system.

LangChain holds the tools and the retrieval. LangGraph holds the steps and the point where a person must sign off. LangSmith keeps a trace of each run, so quality and cost can be reviewed.

The Stack

LangChain

The tools, the memory, and the retrieval. Workflows stay in pieces your team can change, instead of one script nobody else can read.

LangGraph

The steps of the job, including the stop where a person has to approve before the work continues.

LangSmith

A trace of each run, so your team can review quality, cost, and what the model actually did.

Where it runs

The system is deployed in your VPC, on your hardware, or in a cloud account you control. You receive the documentation. Your team operates it.

When residency or policy requires it, the model stays off a public service. The weights stay with you.

Runbooks are part of the handoff. actVite does not stay on as the operator unless that is written into the agreement.

Cloudflare in front of the application

When the threat model calls for it, Cloudflare enforces identity, policy, and abuse controls in front of the application.

The consulting page states what is in scope, and links work you can open.
