What this site keeps.

actVite operates this website from Ontario, Canada. This policy describes the site. It is not a description of a customer’s private models, indexes, or devices. Those are governed by the agreement for that work.

Cloudflare analytics

We use Cloudflare for analytics. Whatever Cloudflare collects in providing that analytics applies here, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not run a separate analytics product of our own alongside it, and we do not add our own tracking cookies for advertising.

Access logs

We collect access logs to operate and secure the site. We do not keep personally identifiable information in those logs. We do not retain names, email addresses, account identifiers, or the contents of a research brief in them.

The research brief

The brief on the homepage is composed in your browser. Sending it opens your own mail application. This website does not store the form, and it does not receive the message on a server of ours. Once you send the message, it is ordinary email between you and actVite.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not ask you to create an account to read the site.
• We do not use the access logs to build a profile of you.

Children

This site is for organizations and researchers. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after that date means the new version applies.
