Who the work is for.

actVite is an Ontario corporation. We work with controllers responsible for the financial close at banks, money service businesses, and point-of-sale companies. Invoices are issued in Canada and the United States. A master services agreement is available on request.

An engagement covers controlled agent workflows that prepare management reports from the client's books, and a documented backup and restore procedure for the systems those reports depend on. Services are professional services. They are not hosted accounting software.

Work is performed in the client's Microsoft 365, Zoho Workplace, or Google Workspace environment. Source records stay in that environment. Approval of reported figures stays with the controller.
